You gotta be real careful around that tree. Just look at those big "Stabbers"...or whatever they are. One tumble onto those and you are a goner. Nice shot again of that area. Super lighting.
Agree with Jimbob, Ed. One false step, and you you'll slip with the risk of falling into those 'spears'.

It's safe Ed moving water is good water...I want to go sometime to the crystal-clear water of Juniper Springs, in the Ocala National Forest. Ever been there?

Wow, there sure are some interesting forms and textures in there. This river is so different from what I am used to and so very beautiful. I loved all these river shots.
I hope you're following a trail and not bushwacking through the undergrowth... it looks a little tight in there... but I digress... This is a lovely image, the river looks cool and refreshing, and I like the way the sun filters down through the foliage. The centered cypress seems to have several knees... ;-))
