OOPS! Sorry i meant to yell Manatee. A MANATEE i spotted off the port side of the Ferry. I got the Captain to slow down till it surfaced for me to get a shot. This was about 20 yards off shore of Egmont Key.

I thought it was a gator in the thumbnail. Talk about gun shy. It looks like it is doing the backstroke Huck. Nice capture and I hope to see more.

Boy Ed you sure were at the right place and time, they are such neat creaters. It sure was nice of the captain slowed down for you to capture this. Your so lucky having this kind of wild life in your area.

Good Manatee shot Ed in pretty blue green waters. I have a number of Manatee photo's but not worth showing...the water was muddy they would pop up for 2 seconds then sink to the bottom again for another 15 minutes
