Some Pelicans coming in for a landing at the Egmont Key National Wildlife Refuge. Wheeew!!! It smells like were getting a bit to close to the Island to me. It's a good thing that the wind's blowing the other way. I found that getting the horizon level while bobbin' up and down in the gulf of mexico in a boat wasn't going to happen.

It looks like they are trying to fly in formation. I have never seen so many pelicans at one time. Excellent piece of work, Ed.

It's good to see this group of Pelicans Ed, & looking at the weather it seems Florida's going tropical.

Good shot Huck. Now you know what a bobber feels like. We don't have many (like none) pelicans in my area, so it is a pleasure to look at them. I bet the coyotes and fox would love them. lol

That yummy turquoise water is just like I remember it! And it looks like the line of pelicans is hovering above the surface and cruising for a likely landing spot. Good one!
