One of the two Herons that live at the pond. The other one won't let me get close enough to get a shot of it. This one don't seem to mind me being there.

This is a very good shot of the heron and doubly good because of the reflection. The clarity and colour is excellent. Well done Ed.

This is super, Ed. Perfect shot of that handsome blue heron. I like the reflections in the water too. I like the matching frame, as well. Good work.

Normally birds fly away from me even if I get within 100 - 200 ft. of them. Wonderful detail on the heron ... surely stands out in its natural surroundings. I like the reflection too. Very well done Ed.

Nice capture!!! You did get you a heron!!! It's hard to spook them sometimes when they are so intent on food. Other than that....they fly at the drop of a hat.

This is a great shot, I can see how the Heron has his head tilted just a little to get a view of the water. Great work.

Funny how one can be more easily spooked. I like his colors and the surrounding green of the pond. I agree with other comments, the reflections add to the image. Very nice.
