I didn't think it would bee a very good idea to go around smelling those flowers. I can smell them from a good distance away.

It doesn't look like the bee is too interested in you right now, Ed. You live in a dangerous area with all those gators, and killer bees. LOL. Excellent shot of the yellow foofy. Great positioning of it too. Well done.

On second look I see that it is a dead bee. Is this some kind of a carnivorous flower? Did the bee just lie down there and die? So many questions arise, Ed and since you didn't stop to investigate, we shall never know. Nice shot of the flower and "contents".

If a bee has haunches he is definitely sitting on them Huck. Reminds me of a man in saloon who has had one too many. Beautiful colors.

I love the colors in here and as I recall you have a Nikon? Seems the Nikon always delivers pleasing color. The bee looks like he has but one wing.

I got the same feeling as Ramad, Is the bee dead? If not the flower is pretty potetent and has him stone cold buzzed. Either way it's a great shot. I love the yellow against the green. Well done
