OH my Ed this is an excellent close up capture of this fellow. Beautiful colours and detail. You can even see the black dot in his eye as the pupil in the full view.

Have you ever seen that movie.."Dragonfly Slayer"? LOL. That's a neat looking dragonfly. It DOES look like a tiger. Nice shot.

If practice makes perfect and nobody is perfect, then why practice?
Dragonflies are sure hard to capture, but you caught this one in a perfect pose. I've never seen one with this type of pattern on it's wings. A bit soft in detail, but the pose makes up for it. Nice work Ed.

Great capture Huck. I mostly see the black/grey ones around here. I don't think I have seen one this color either. The blurred background looks good.

Is that ever a lovely dragonfly! I've never seen one like it. It's almost like a tiger/leopard dragonfly! lol Great capture, Ed. These guys aren't easy to get.
