Photography->Butterflies
While working in the garden yesterday this butterfly landed next to me. He must have sat there for at least 10 minutes. When I finished taking photos of him I went back to work and he left. I didn't have to chase him all over the neighborhood for days waiting for him to land. That is a first for me. The swallowtail I posted took me over a week to get a shot of.

I gave up on butterflies out in the open. They never cooperate. That's why I have to go to the Butterfly House to get any pictures of them. This is an outstanding shot, Ed. Super color and detail. Well done.

I like the dust from the Stardust Ballroom that is covering him Huck. Obviously he was out partying all night. What a great shot. The texture is great. The only time I got one to set that still it was dead.
