I found this growing on the side of a huge tree stump. This Fungi is over 2 feet wide. ---Thanks to all for comments---

Fairies were frequently supposed to reside in a kingdom of their own; in an enchanted part of the forest; or in some far land. This shot reminds me of that. I expect to see a fairy pop out any second:))

It looks like the the Jack-O-Lantern mushroom Huck. I posted some earlier this year. They are beautiful. Very nice post.

Am I lucky or what? Three shots in a row in the VB that deserve high marks. The curves and colors in this are amazing! With my weird sens of angles, I might have laid down on the ground to get the shot. A little different perspective. But this shot as is is very very very very very GOOD. ;-)
