I really like this photo in B/W and I'm equally fond of roads that disappear in the distance. Fortunately, this one had tire tracks to better define the road. Nicely presented Rita!

The thing that goes the farthest, towards making life worthwhile, it costs the least and does the most, is just a pleasant smile.
But it does make a lovely scene...however it makes you feel!

Rita, and, according to your title, it was probably you that was hungry too.
We have to accept the weather conditions like they are, but in this case a warm shower and a good meal can be helpful to a frozen hungry mother.
In spite of the cold, I love your image.

Edit: Rita told me by PM that the image was taken in the Hungry Mother State Park in Marion, VA. I could have known this! (???).
This don't exclude however that Rita could have been hungry too, LOL!!!

I really like this snowy image. The road really makes it interesting but also it is so clearly focused in the right places. Those trees are beautiful. Very good, Rita. This one is saved for later viewing.
