By golly I think that pier is smiling at me! That is really a creative shot, Rita. I love the editing you did on it, too. The HDR looks fantastic. Beautifully done.

Rita, I love the picture, especially the top of the hill directly in front. Like a comb, put in place to filter the winds and sky.

Bird's eye view I know. Nice to see a photo as fish eye view - curving close in front and straight in the distance. Nice and interesting shot Rita.

This is both artistic & funny, Rita dear.
A mix of a pier & a cradle LOL
Plus a little bit of a comb which is a bonus!
Thanks & congratulations. This image makes my morning and as such receives a special place on my HDD = safe storage location.

The sky is a little blown out in places, but the rest of the shot more then makes up for that Rita.
The effect of the Fish Eye Lens is fantastic.
I am flopping on the bank enjoying this one.

The fish eye angle yields a most interesting view Rita - the HDR also works but perhaps a tad less would have been better for the sky.

I love this shot Rita!!!! The scene on the lake has a surreal feel to it and the clouds add drama - like all the elements - wood - water - forest - sky!!!! Also like the Canon fish eye. Super work and creativity!!!!!!

I also think this pier is a happy one indeed to have it's picture taken. Really like the post work and the rich wood grains & textures, plus the way the the pier is inviting you to look to whole scene and dramatic sky, Bravo big time Rita

Don't it make you want to run down the pier and jump into the water. It is a happy looking picture. Good job Rita.
