I was walking along the beach when I found this beattle struggling to get off of his back. I turn him back on his feet and he followed me as if to say thank you, so I took a few shots and went on my way. Hope you enjoy and always take the time to help Gods creatures no matter how big or small. Sean

You were right to turn the insect back on his feet,it was nice of you eventhough it's small,no matter if it's small or big,i agree with you.This is a very good view of the insect,very nice picture.

As bugs go, beetles are the best! :) Ok, maybe also butterflies. These things look prehistoric, as if they haven't changed in eons. But I suppose that's what you get with an exoskeleton. Since most of us haven't been this up close and personal with a beetle before, this shot is interesting. Is that sand he's on, or a brown sugar cookie?
