When I shot this and saw it on the screen, it reminded me of the old west. So i messed around in photoshop and came up with the final result. Comments welcome and appreciated

I don't know why does it have to be brown and somehow blur. I have seen many movies about the wild west in color and they were beautiful. Sorry, I prefer colors.

I've been through every State on the Southwest and I've photographed numerous scenes like this, so with that I agree.
The color was obviously meant to look like an aged tintype but it's got a bit too much red in the mix. Reminded me immediately, of driving through a sand storm in Arizona, except for the color.
It's closer to the deep red sand of Southern Utah, where John Ford and John Wayne made a few movies.

I agree that this shade of monochrome gives a western feel.
