Unless I miss my guess this is a cloitre, or cloister. I like the use of perspective to emphasize the columns marching away, and the emptiness of the courtyard. This helps the rose stand out. I'm sure this was quite impossible to do, but if you were to lean a little further to the right, you could have gotten the flower over the dirt instead of the grass. Having the subject cross a boundary like that seems a bit distracting. I love the image though.

The composition is really good, I especially like the columns create depth, and the asymmetric point of view is different. But imho the colors are a bit washed out, perhaps you could enhance them a bit? But thats just my personal taste.
