Due to the way you held the camera the photo has a natural feeling. And the gray materials makes a very nice contrast with the sky although the shot is a bit un-focused. It reminds me of the western movies. : ) Nice shot...
Great image, I know this from the inside looking out, but what if it were from the outside looking in? A wondeful picture. 10/10 and in my favs. Thanks for sharing this.

Bálint,
This is a very interesting concept, though your execution could use some refinement:
It seems as though one of two things happened: either the camera was focused somewhere in between the sunset and the window, or it was dark, and the camera moved during the exposure. Case One: in my experience, auto-focuses are extremely temperamental, and in most cases, you get what you paid for. In retrospect, it is better to manually focus the camera (where possible) to make sure the subject looks how you wish it to be. Case Two: Given that you were taking the photo in what I guess was dark light, consider using a flash to illuminate your window & wall; this may reduce smudging, and still allow the right perspective. Alternatively, use a tripod, but carrying one around (which after a few too many smudged shots, i always do) can be a hindrance.
Good work capturing this unique image nonetheless!
Look forward to exploring more of your work!
It seems to me that what wears us down the most in life aren't the chances we take, but the chances we dont take, the dreams we put aside, the adventures we push away, the questions that are never answered
For the sheer brilliance of the moment that you have captured I give this very high praise.
This one jumped out of the pages at me, and I am glad I took a closer look. Quite beautiful and there is a story being told here in my eyes. Technical things aside, I can easily overlook any minor elements. It's a great composition and the image has very good balance. Found a new one for the favs. Thanks.
Hi Balint,,,this is quite an eye-catching image. Normally, I am one to quickly see the out-of-focus shot, but somehow with this old house, the worn wood and the old glass, it almost looks like it is distorted rather than blurred. The colors out the window are great and I am enjoying the duality of the new sunset versus the old house that has seen many suns set in it's time. Thanks for showing us this. :~)
I have just seen this for the first time...and its very beautiful. ITs so soft looking with this old house...I love this foggy way of dealing with this photo...its all jsut wonderful!..verena
This is really cool. If that sunset isn't a real reflection in the window panes then you sure have fooled me. It looks real. The wood surrounding the pane is rich and full of detail and texture. It's like I could reach out and touch it. Full of life. Thks for sharing this unique and Grrrrrrrrrrrreat composition.
