I was braced for an overexposed flash photo when I clicked on the thumbnail, but what a pleasant surprise! This is really good -- not only all those fascinating, intersecting ripples, but also the way the light gradually fades from the foreground to the background. As someone said about another photo, it's "an excellent example of how the usual can be made into the extraordinary."

By the way, Angela, did you in fact use a flash, or were you standing under some light source?
