This picture was taken in October of last year at about 4pm. I wanted to catch the sun in the picture and got what I was looking for.

~got in voting booth...and~

The most important part of photography is that YOU enjoy it!! This is OK for me...kinda just a shot up in the tree to me, but, I'm glad you enjoyed it!! Some nice colors exude!! Keep'em coming as we always wanna see more!!

I understand what you were going for and that is exactly what you got. To me the sun tends to bleach out the beauty of the colors in the tree tops. Had I been the one fortunate enough to be in that place at that time I would have placed the sun out of the shot and just allowed its rays to enter the photo. It is still a nice pic just the way it is. My comments are of course just my personal opinion.

Happiness is the feeling that you're feeling when you want to keep feeling the feeling that you're feeling.

A lovely shot I must say - it really does remind me of what fall really should look like.

However, like Kcblackmer_52, the sun does kind of bleech the color of the fall leaves - it really is just a little over powering; it tends to draw one's attention away from the of the tree and the magnificant colors of the leaves.

A suggestion could be to have the sun more in the centre of the tree so that the leaves. That way the leaves can filter out some of the light and with any luck, the sun might not be so over powering.

Apart from that, a charming shot. Keep up the good work.
