No idea how you find these things - or these colours - in Xaos, but am very glad you do. This looks like old lace scene through a rainy/fading rainbow - very fragile looking, with colours which look slightly endangered. Would like to know, too, how you get renders of this size from Xaos or how you keep the quality scaling up!

Fantastic as usual, of course.

Xaos will let you do a fractal as big as your monitor at its highest resolution. I sat down at a 20" iMac and was able to get 1680x1002 images. I'd like to sit down at a 32" monitor and try it. :)

The fractal was then brought into Photoshop and desaturated. I pasted another fractal over it in a new layer and set the blending mode to color - and then did a strong gaussian blur on it, so the colors were soft. I also reduced the opacity somewhat so the colors weren't overbearing.

Hope that answers some questions.

Thanks for the very kind compliments, everyone.

I like the colors and shades, excellent. But I'm especially interested in that net to the right of the main image. Could I see more of it?

Thanks for the information, Mr. Smith. It's always nice to know how the pros do it..excellent, and I like the title as it fits so well.
