This is so intriguing, I wish you had described how you derived it! Did you compose it from scratch? Looks more "fractal-ish" to me. I don't know much about the various tools out there, so please excuse my dumb questions. Nice texture effect and I like the way the whole composition leans... The only nit-picky thing I might mention is that I wish the foreground were more in focus...but that might require some reworking in photoshop or something equivalent.
