The smaller rock is called Snoopy Rock, due to it looks like snoopy if you look at it. I don't think the big rock has a name but it does look like some thing to me. I see a man's head look up into the sky. If you haven't already guessed this was taken in Sedona, Az.

I see Snoopy lying on his back, and I wonder who first spotted it and named it. Very nice shot of those beautiful rocks, and the sky is a gorgeous shade of blue. Nice touch with the Hawk flying around, also.

A nice colourful rock formation and beautiful sky Laura. If that's Snoopy rock then that must be the red baron hawk flying overhead. Excellent post

Impressive scenery in that neck of the woods! I can see pictures in clouds but haven't quite gotten Snoopy yet! Love the striations and the incredible history they encompass.
