This was taken, on the way to the Grand Canon. I had to ask my sister why the sky at the horizon was so pink at mid day, with not a cloud in the sky. She told me it was a sand storm that was far way, it never did get to us.

What a very photogenic part of the world Sedona is Laura. The pink sky is cool to see. Well it wouldn't be cool unless it was night in the desert. You know what I mean. Excellent post.

Boy I have been caught in plenty of those. Just a beautiful scene even with the sand. Loving the contrast between the land and sky. Keep up the great work...Top notch.
