When my husband came home from work today, he said "Let's go to the beach." Sounds good to me, so off we went....I didn't bring my pocketbook but I had to bring the camera. As you can tell we stayed until the sun set over the dunes. If you open this image up, I think you will be able to see the pig with wings.......

I do indeed see him and it looks like Wilbur from Charlotte's Web. Such a pretty ending to a pretty day, Laura.

That little oinker is high among the clouds Laura. I hope he doesn't hit Dumbo. My grandson's would be disappointed. I envy your beach. What a nice luxury that is to have so handy.

Beautiful post.

Some people are spoled having beach close to their houses, and all of a sudden to say, let's go to the beach". :))) I have to drive 50 miles to the first beach of an artificial lake. I don't know if this is a pig, it looks like an airplane to me. Anyway, this is a stunning shot, I love it.

Now I see what you are talking about. I thought you meant the plane at first, but I had never heard of a plane referred to as a pig. LOL. I see the nose, the head the body and the wings...even a short tail. Great capture, Laura. I'm glad you came back and explained where the pig was.

A most unusual title for a sunset! Fun! Lovely evening glow. I like the soft lighting on the grasses.

I do indeed see it Laura. The piggy even appears to be kicking up its heels as it heads into the golden sun. Wonderful shot to make the heart lighter....

Sure enough I see this flying object. Beautiful sunset and sky, but never saw a pig headed for the sun before. Neat capture.

A nice capture of the flying pig, Laura. I havn't seen a pig fly since a pink floyd concert in the 70's. Well done.

It's been YEARS since I looked for cloud pictures with my friends! But yes, there he is, taking off into the sunset. The real flyer in the sky is also very nice!
