I disagree with the direct comment above; you did right to keep it in a lower lighting. If it was lighter it would look like every other "flower power" photo out there. (Which I believe there are too many of). But this reminds me of a tasty candy, I want to bite into this flower or hold it in my hand. I can imagine it tasting like cake, or lemon tart. I also really like the cropping and the colors are great.
