"'Life is not a journey to the grave with the
intention of arriving safely in a pretty

but rather to skid in broadside,
thoroughly used up,
totally worn out,
and loudly proclaiming,
"WOW! What a ride!"'
OH I bet it was sooooo peaceful and I love that yellow, it's as tho an egg got broken and the yellow flowed into the sunrise.
What a lovely gift to all of us to share with you. Thank you for the beauty!! Verena
"Where there is perhaps a province in which the photograph can tell us nothing more than what we see with our own eyes, there is another in which it proves to us how little our eyes permit us to see." ~Dorothea Lange
Great shot of the setting sun. There is a little distraction, when viewed in full, in the foreground which forces me to figure out what it is and ultimately takes me away from the main subject ('The Gift'). This shot, I feel, could be improved just by cropping out the distraction.
That's gorgeous Antonio, the blues and yellows are just superb. I think the comment above is right, it would be better without the detail in the foreground, but I wouldn't crop it - I would set the black point in Photoshop so that it just becomes black. But I really like this shot - it's in my favourites.
