Nice bird picture. I don't know ducks from geese, or robins from eagles....well, maybe I'm not that stupid...but I don't know what this bird is. Looks like a black bird to me, and if you say it is, then it is. And if you say it's not, then it's not. LOL..have a good weekend, Antonio.

You're right, they have a blue sheen don't they? Tricky to get a clear shot on a long zoom like this and there's a bit of blur here, but you did well to get so close!

I really like this shot as not only is the capture of this bird superb, but I like how it is surrounded by all those leaves in the grass. Well done!
