A tragic event doesn`t quite sum it up. I will never understand why people deliberately want to harm innocent people.

You sure do get around, Antonio! This site certainly leaves so many questions unanswered. I hope someday the truth of what really happened here is revealed.

Great tribute Antonio and this is one of the better video tributes to accompany your fine shot. Thanks for reminding everyone of that day that was so senseless.

Thanks for this one. I have never visited the US, but what I can only say, I am very thankful for the US. And I hope terrorism will be stoppoble in the near future. God bless America.

~ Thank you António, people need to remember the evil atrocity of that horrid day, and how utterly inhuman some people can be.

It is hard to imagine yourself in those poor souls shoes on 9/11, and what they must have been thinking in those final moments. I cannot look at a picture of the twin towers any more as it brings vivid pictures of that awful day. I too have never been to the USA, but my heart went out to every person effected by this tragic and senseless event. This is a very thought provoking capture Antonio, and it is well we still remember them. Your photo being a reminder that we will not forget!

It was an event that was so enormous in its terribleness that it defies comprehension. I still find it difficult to look at images like this and believe that something so awful could have happened. A sombre reminder Antonio, and well photographed.
