CHAMBORD CHATLE - Chateau de Chambord is the largest of the Loire Chateau, despite apparently being built as a hunting lodge. The Royal Château at Chambord, Loir-et-Cher, France is one of the most recognisable châteaux in the world because of its very distinct French Renaissance architecture that blends traditional medieval forms with classical Italian structures. Leonardo da Vinci, a guest of King François at Clos Lucé near Amboise, is believed to have been involved in the original design.

António, your historic tour is great. This photo, as well. Super fine details of this wonderful architecture. Only I don't understand what are the bars with black stipes in front for.

A great capture of this beautiful old chateau Antonio. Nice details in the building and lovely lighting in the scene. A great narrative to go with your photo.

The architecture is fascinating to say the least. Leo had lots of plans and ideas so it wouldn't surprise me if some of this was planned with his assistance. Beautifully captured, Antonio.

I'm gonna act ignorant and ask: is a chateau the same as a castle? Either way, this is so beautiful and huge!!! Outstanding shot Antonio!!!
