A delightful looking scene, Antonio. Good details and clarity in the photo. Good job.

I sure hope he isn't reading the same book the bird was! LOL. Another fantastic shot, Antonio.

Add me to the list of those that have enjoyed your images from the festival as well, António.

Clarity and focus are great. Colours very nice.

Curious, and please don't take this the wrong way.. came across some comments from another member, that of Paul Gerritsen.

And I quote;

"You seem to know what you are doing, but when I look at you camera settings there is one point you could improve. When you use f36 you cannot obtain a sharp image anymore. That is due to chromatic aberration. In optics, chromatic aberration is caused by a lens having a different refractive index for different wavelengths of light (the dispersion of the lens).
I don't want to go in details here, but simply said there is a minimum aperature above which a higher f number will not improve you sharpnes anymore. That number is about f11. Maybe you want to experiment with your lens to see were you get the best results."

At the larger resolution sizes of your photo here, there is some.. some, that is ... Chromatic Aberration (blue fringing). Wondering if maybe a stop down would correct for this?

Perhaps, some more experimentation.. as noted above ... to find the best results for your lens and camera?

Or..

The lens distortion can be corrected in Photoshop, via the Lens Distortion filter.

Incredible artistry behind these sculptures, and you have indeed captured them very well for us to enjoy. Make no mistake about my words here.

So..

Thank you for sharing these with us. :o)

He has the Book of Knowledge, Antonio. That is why he knows so much. The elephant, not Les. You can tell you know your way around a camera. Beautiful shot.

Fabulously fun Antonio!! Nice shot although Les, in his extensive formative tone, gives good advice. Keep going to these festivals my friend and keep posting these wonderful shots:) That cloudy sky ads a nice dimension as well:):)
