The sweep of the building tops from left to right lets the eye move along into the image and rest finally on the black building at the 1/3 point on the right. I don't know if you planned it this way, but this image really works due to the good composition you put together here.
Most citiscapes viewed from this far off are usually quite soft and hazy, but this is very crisp and the position you've chosen, showing all the shorter buildings sweeping up to the top of the Sears tower, is very effective. I like it.
great shot. I may use it in a digital matte painting I'm working on. I'd just use little clips and pieces. If it turns out right, I'll post it on caedes.
