Firstly, it is a very effective idea, quite aptly titled, I do like the way his head is positioned, nice touch. The only critique I have is that there is too much blurred foreground. I think the subject should be in the foreground and the background blurred for greater impact. You might want to try darkening the non subject area of the image.
