Looks a bit better as a thumbnail but it's actually pretty cool enlarged too. Not a huge fan of the texture, but to each his own : )

I actually like the effect here. Looks like a reflection in water. Assuming that was the look you were going for, I'd add a ripple or two to enforce the idea of water.

COLD - it looks like this flower is shivering! Splendid quivering beauty. Love the shiny light blue of the flower. The stems of the plants, look like they have razor edges. I like whatever you did to make this so unusual appearing. Do more!
