I'm really enjoying the view here. As a NY'er, I'll have to politely disagree about this being the best view per se (as stated in the wider, color version of this), but it's definitely a beauty.

Contrast seems like it could be a notch or two stronger among the buildings. Perhaps a bit of work in PS's Shadow/highlight filter, and maybe some exposure adjustments might be helpful.
