It was there..it is here...step into the past and enjoy, but make sure you make an appointment on Mondays only....'nothin' but the dead and the dyin' in my little town.....
Wow, I love the way you put the perspective here, PJ! The door ajar and the lighting just lead us right into a scene from the past. I do remember the days! LOL I'm thinking that is a mirrored door because I can't reconcile the flooring between the right side and the left. Wonderful post!
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Just got this in the VB and had no idea it was yours. Don't worry. I treated it well. I thought it was a well done tricky exposure and you had me looking around in that old shop for a long time. Nice work.

Hi PJ,
I love the contrast between the colored door and the B&W background/shop,
Was this done to show the time-shift between the past and current use of the shop?

I love this one PJ!! What a cool little babrber shop! A little limited on hours I see, but two chairs..no waiting!! lol The mix of black & white and color is perfect for this shot! It really has a great small town, and nostalgic feel to it. I'd be proud to have my hair cut here! Great job my friend..I hope I get it in the VB. It's in my faves now, thanks! C):-)
Just like Ramad I had my hair cut on Tuesday PJ but would have been ok at Slotts because it was probably still Monday there lol
This is a wonderfully preserved piece of history, and you have presented it to us beautifully-a great shot :)
I'll bet if I walked in there I'd get a chair right away.....doubt they do many lions. ROFL Great job PJ, but I think maybe I'd better not scare em' they might try and throw a net over me or somethin' :)
