i found out something that i didn't see was significantly wrong with this picture. the horizon was slanted at about 4 degree angle. i also resharpened it.
This is much better but you just can't sharpen up camera shake. Remember to run faster shutter speeds or just use a tripod and save a lot of hassle. Good horizon line on this.

Big improvement over the first post Mike. But as others have mentioned camera movement is almost impossible to correct. I realized about 10 years ago (I'm 72) ... my hands were no longer steady enough and hand held became a risk at best. A faster shutter speed and/or a burst mode on the camera helps but a tri-pod IF there's time ... improves the odds of a better quality shot.
