This is a great shot, and I'm jealous, I hear my owls every night, but I've yet to see one!

there is a way to see them. follow the crows. the crows agitate and fly to where the owls are roosting.

I gotta say, between the ducks, geese, herons, mergansers, ibis, and now owls (did I forget anything?), I'm completely jealous of your "target rich environment". ;)
