This image is part of a tragic story. I did a brochure for a motel in Twisp Washington; this is one of the images used in that brochure. It is an image of the Methow River, shot under the bridge on the main street. Several years later the motel burned to the ground. Twisp is a destination town for tourists and is located near the "North Cascades National Park".

Art is the perception of the creator. Meaning is the perception of the viewer. acceptance is the perception of society.

Leave it to Michael to make something beautiful out of such a tragic story.

Every morning I wake up, I come to the new images of caedes, and there's 2 distinct images and right away I can tell who's they are. Michael your pictures are absolutely amazing and I can tell right off the bat which pictures are yours. I don't think a morning's passed where I haven't added a picture you post to my favorites and give a 10! I may not always post a comment but rest assured I'm addicted to seeing your pictures! :) Thank you for sharing a nd keep up the excellent work! :)

Beatiful picture. I love the smooth flowing of the water and the color contrast. Great job.
