(Main) Photography->Waterfalls
This waterfall is located on the western slopes of the Cascade Mt Range around Sisters Oregon. The old decaying stump adds balance to the waterfall and the right lower and the upper right balance themselves out. This part of the range is fun to explore if you can get off the beaten path.

I love waterfalls and this one is lovely.. the greenery really sets it off.. can almost hear the roar of the water... :)

Wonderful falls. You can see how the river curves right at the falls. The stump is almost the smae shape as the falls. This is some great photography here.

Wow. Very vibrant. I like the composition, too, with the shift to the right of the entire image, yet the stump and falls are left of center. Excellent.

this must have been a wonderful place to see and a wonderful feeling to enjoy the beauty of the nature there. i like all the greenness in the image, it's unspoiled and looks magnificent. and the waterfall is breathtaking, like it's made of shining pearls.. it makes an excellent contrast with the rest of the image and the background! i agree, i can almost hear it...
