OK, one more try. Here it is again, this time I lightened it up just a litter and I do have say so myself, it does look a lot better. (I was talking about this site to some people last night and how the comments were really helping me improve - thanks to all of you.) Steve

ahhh I must have somehow missed this the first time you posted it Steve, so I went back to check! The contrast and brightness on this one is definitely an improvement on your other photograph which is a little dark. You can now see the rich colours of the rock surfaces. well done! Patti

This does look better, showing a little more detail. Just keep working at your pics and you will see much improvement. Don't be afraid to test things out. Good job.

I didn't see the first one...It's a very crisp and clear image of what appears to be an irrigation or sluice gate of some kind, possibly even a "small" hydropower station...

Very clear and crisp; color feels a little monotone, but not sure that can be helped because of the subject. :) Interesting shot!
