The lighting is amazing in this shot, Don. I love the deer and the shadows. It almost looks like they are on a planet of ice and snow. Yeah......then I remembered that we live on a planet of ice and snow! LOL.

Because of the lighting, it's a rather difficult scene to capture. The result however is beyond expectations Don, as I still can clearly see their faces. Very well done!

This looks like a "Winter Blues" entry. The shadows, the lighting, the patterns of the snow, and the deer are all looking forward at you...spectacular. I love it!

One sees a lot of deer pictures. They just look so cute and everyone wants to take a picture of them, pet them and take them home. THIS, is perhaps the most original, expressive and well done deer picture I have ever seen. I can feel the frigid temperature. I can hear the crunch of the snow under my soles. My hat goes off to you for this fine work.
