(Not harmed during baking...love it) Ahem...ok...yep, you nailed this one. Every aspect of that apple is perfectly lighted. I mean, I could take a bite out'a dat suckah. I wouldn't have imagined the taste to be tart until you had to go and mention it. Love that drop shadow the apple casts on the "floor" That one little bit of red is a great inhancement.

I like this apple better than the red. the colors are much more even. I like how you included the blush also it gives the apple more character making the image more interestin. The composition of the apple is choice too with the stem popping over the top the way it is.
