I was going to guess MG miget of some kind, but that's a British car if I remember correctly. Was this car possibly used in a James Bond movie?

Well, I drive it sometimes.
It's very funny, because the weight is light. It's like a cart. And the noise is beautiful, although it's not a 6 or 8 cylinders engine.
The problems are direction and brakes: no hydraulic assistance...
But with such a car, everyone looks at you! You are the King! :-D
