This is a place in Jog (the same place where Jog Falls is) and bit secluded and very few people visit here, even thought it is very next to main road. I found it very attractive because it has a very calm setting and it is not crowded. I have done lot of editing this on this photo. I was not satisfied with the original image which I had taken the second day of learning to use my camera and it was a very sunny day (I'm still not satisfied with this end result). I didn't want to post this image, but somehow made up my mind. Do let me know what you think. This is the link to the Original Image which I didn't upload.

It's a nice scene, P, but I would have straightened it, and added some color to the sky. Just my opinion.

I agree with Jimbob - a little cropping in the foreground, straighten the horizon and darken things a bit - you could try some color in the sky but that can be tricky. Your perspective is excellent.

God job Prashanth but I agree with certain comments from others before me especially about straightening the image, the colour of the sky etc. If you need any tips pls send me a PM.

A good landscape and looks like a great place to explore. I like the colour and reflection on the water, good clarity. I agree it needs to be straightened and some colour added to the sky. Thanks for sharing.

It would be difficult to make it any better really. The brightness of the mid-day sun simply cannot be overcome in a shot like this without resorting to extreme artificial enhancement. And even then some things would still not satisfy. As the comments above have said, You have done a great job with what you had to work with. Especial considering it was just the second day with the new camera!

Here is a tutorial on changing an overexposed sky that you may find interesting.

Well, to join the straighten sky commenters, I will be an iconoclast and say that the leaning trees grew on me the more I viewed this picture. Besides, the top tree line matches the curve of the bank in the foreground. If we are happy with buildings off plumb, then I will an open mind about landscapes! I really like the green tones here and I would worry that working on the sky color could change the greens...but I have never tried such a project. My one suggestion is to convert this to black and white (yeah, I know, losing the greens) and see if those lively weeds in the foreground stand out.

I have to agree with Jimbob, adding a bit of colour to the sky but I do like the lines created witht he river and shoreline, great depth
