This is the latest addition to my waterfall collection. 127 meters tall and created from Kelani river this one is a true beauty. Walking down to take this photo was quite a challenge but it was worth it. Enjoy and never forget to comment :)

I love how it flows and makes its way through the rocks surrounded by all the greenery, the contrast and colors are simply amazing. I believe this is my favorite of your waterfall shots Priyanthab, very well done, such a live picture.

What a crackin' water fall Priyantha!....it is well taken, I maybe could have done with a bit more 'blue' in the sky..but, what the heck, we cannot have everything perfect! beautifully composed too.....Bob

I love the way you framed this one. It makes it look like the water is falling into a hole with no outlet. It’s a truly beautiful photo. Very well done.

Gorgeous image Priyantha! I am so glad you hiked down to get this beauty. Your framing is fantastic, your color superb, your composition wonderful and that little water fall to the left is the icing on the cake. Very well done!

Hello, Priyantha, this is breathtakingly beautiful my friend! So dynamic, so overwhelming in it vastness! Makes one feel so insignificant! I do imagine it was a challange to reach bottom to take the photo, but what a win it was! Looking up and absorbing nature's wonder and processing it all is quite a feat in and of itself, at least if one ponders a bit, and I would indeed! We simply can't improve on nature! That walk will keep you in the good shape you appear to be in, so keep it up! Nice work, be proud, Sincerely, Marilyn

Priyantha

This is by far one of the nicest waterfalls I've seen. You did a fabulous job capturing it.

Well done.

Incredible capture! If I'm not mistaken, this location looks like a shower scene from a movie... Robin Hood with Kevin Costner i think... Not too sure, but definitely a familiar scene. Great job!!

What a beautiful capture Priyantha! I can almost hear the sound of the water crashing below the falls. The reward when one treks to the bottom of a gorge to see the waterfall is always rewarding. I like how you included that small piece of open sky in the image. It gives the whole scene so much depth and height! Everything looks so green and lush around the falls........the only regret I have is that I don't get to see it in person. Is this in Sri Lanka? Right into my favorites on my hard drive. Thank you :~)

Hello Pri.....I like the way that the waterfall is'nt dominant in your image, in order to be effective. Since the waterfall is the lightest tone in your image, the viewer's attention will be drawn to it any ways....Very good picture.....All the best...Mick.
