This bridge is situated in a not so develped area of Sri Lanka. I see it as a way for people there to connect faster to the rest of the areas. Its some thing like internet for us.

I like this capture Priyantha. The water looks like silk and the day seems stormy and overcast. The bridge stands out in relief against the green of the tress in the far background. It looks quite hilly there..or is that a mountainous area? Well done. Thank you for sharing this with me :~)

Bridges are metaphors for many things, and symbolize connecting people especially. I like your conceptual backing for this. At full view.. the image comes together nicely, and it's simple composition, and dramatic weather work well together.

That’s beautifully done Priyantha. It’s dark enough to be moody yet bright enough to see everything clearly and I can see movement in the water. I like the implications in the title too.

There are three colours, Ten digits and seven notes, its what we do with them that’s important. Ruth Ross

Outstanding imagery!! Wonderful scene with rich colors!! Stellar comp with the mountain side coming down and connecting to the bridge which then goes straight across. Captivating water and overall fantastic flow to the piece!!

Picture Purrrfect . A purrrfect world is what we all want, but, seems too unobtainable. If I've viewed and commented on your post, and you liked my remarks then NO THANKS is needed...just getting to see your wonderful work is thanks enough for me!! Also BIG thanks to all who check out my work!! I appreciate any and all comments & feedback!!

Beautiful! I like the serenity of the water with the anger in the sky! Your title and description are very good, made me look at the shot in an entirely different light!

Oh my, this is so beautiful and image, everything that is important to quality photography seems to be a part of this image, The colors are so rich and naturally tasteful! I agree with you Priyantha, this depicts the bridging of people to connect, for people to cross over and toward one another for the purpose of connecting their ideologies of all kinds and agree on even some!!!!! Wouldn't that be great? A very nice photo, a fine job my friend, Sincerely, Marilyn

Great!
The title really connects (no pun intended) with the picture!
For the people in Sri Lanka, it must be heaven to have a bridge like that.
The rest of the photo is nice too, the water, the greens.
Awesome work
cheers!

Hello Pri....The Right Place" is defined as a location that provides the photographer with the opportunity to get a good photo and this is a good photo The angle you have used has provided some interesting foreground for example the river which leads your eye up to the bridge and under while still including plenty of sky....Well done....All the best...Mick.
