Simple and beautiful. Very nice colour work indeed – if I could find any fault at all it would be to have a little more sky visible over the horizon line for balance but that’s it.

Thx for the comment. Actually, I did this on purpose. I have another picture where There's half the sky and half the water in the picture. I might even upload that one....

I like equal split horizons personally – some don’t preferring to stick to the rule of thirds. Give it a go and see what the masses go for :-)

I think this looks great, but I am curious to see the other... But it's nice to go against the rules sometimes, gives an extra interest... I love the soft blues in this, and the fact that we see mostly water gives a calming effect to the capture, and transports us into it perfectly. Wonderful work!

Well, I looked at the other image, and the only thing I wish you had done was make this a big bigger from side to side, as I love this image, but it gets swallowed up on my desktop. Great idea. Lovely execution :)
