Ocean view property is at a premium, but you'd better make sure you love people and especially your neighbors. If I lived here, I would have a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean for maybe a month before I ended up at San Quentin Prison for killing my noisy neighbors.

This reminds of what I have seen in Chile where houses facing the ocean on a hill just like this. Nice shot - I too agree - not a place for me - ocean view or not. (Loud noises called music, loud competition between barking dogs and loud exchanges (friendly and unfriendly) between housewives or their husbands :)
