Wow Wow Wow..I'm so glad I got to comment on this first. Although any comment other than ...Wow...is only going to be superfluous..all the fine qualities are so apparent in this pic that I feel funny even pointing them out, but I will anyway..lol...and give them a grade:
Clarity...100%
Color.. 100%
Macro ...100%....well, you see where I am headed with this..in my favs and my congratulations on another job well done..amazing :)PJ

What do you feed these critters? Do you live near a butterfly conservatory? This is stunning!

Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel. -Josemaria Escriva

It doesn't get any better than this. The eye as it is captured in this composition is awesome in detail and clarity. The whole thing is a wonder in workmanship. Well done.

Superb camera action Robert. That is a camera worth having and you really kept it steady. One day and I don't know when but I will eventually upgrade so I can play with the big boys on camera action.

Oh, this butterfly is so lovely and fragile. A great macro. I love that I an able to see its faceted eye. The dark background makes it dramatic. Great work here. :)
