Real nice flower shot. I like the angle that you chose. Though a tad dark it appeals to me because I usually like my images a little dark because it seems to bring out detail more. There sure were a lot of those lilies out this year. It seems people plant different things each year in abundance. Good job.
WOW! when I saw the small version in the voting booth I thought: "what colors!" and then the big version made me stunning. I gave it a 10 but wanted to give a 12 or so :o)

An interesting shot .. I like the angle and the subject .. but I prefer a tripod on these things .. that flash lighting is a little harsh here I think.

I've gotten behind in my comments again but I want to take time to acknowledge this fine image and to thank you for bringing it to us. Have a happy holiday season.

Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

Just lovely and so intense for a Christmas show stopper. I have to agree with radman on the touch of harshness in the middle of the pic, probably due to a flash, but otherwise...especially composition-wise..it's just great :)PJ
