Super shot Dean! What a wonderful trip you had seeing China. This is a golden glorious image. And I like the angle of this view, plus the lighting of the church. Marvelous architecture - I'm always amazed at what people have the talent to build. I would'nt think that many churches would be found in China, but I may be wrong :) Very good night image :*>
All the wonders you seek are within yourself. Always glad to see visitors at My Gallery and thanks for your continued kind words and constant support. Anita
It's not just the panoply of rich golden hues in this take, but also bringing it to light at night is a spectacular way of presenting this to the viewer. It eliminates the eye clutter of sky, because there are so many angles and shadows to explore within the scope of the view we have, that one needs full concentration to appreciate all that is being presented.. It might be a distraction on a desktop. I guess I'll have to find out when it put it on mine, but just in viewing it here it begs to be lingered over and examined in every detail. Geometrically it's a standout, but then there are all the ornate carvings on the stonework...I'll say especially toward the foreground of the pic, because that is where I have the clearest view. I hope you were able to get some shots of this inside. It's marvelous :)PJ
