First black squirrel I've seen, and what a cutie! I like the composition and clearness, plus splendid details. Looks like he visits you often, as he's a pudgie fellow. I like how you caught him through those limbs. The low key colors look good with his black fur coat. Good job Dean!

I need to catch up on things so can't comment too much. But I love all of your fine images :)

Oooh, it's a creepy black squirrel!!!! I saw some of these near Chicago once! Thought they were the strangest things - we don't have any in Maine. Great capture!

I like the compostion here. I think I'd prefer the focus being on the squirrel, as opposed to the branches surrounding it, but perhaps that's just a difference in taste. Thanks for posting it.

Please, even if you don't visit my gallery, check out my "Faves".I've left them intact since day "1", and would like it if every image there got the attention they deserved.

I tried to focus more on the squirrel but the branches were right next to it which made it hard to focus. I didn't have time to manual focus because the squirrel moved around too much.

We have a lot of black squirrels around us, and they are just adorable...usually smaller than other squirrels. You caught an excellent view of this little fella. Thanks for sharing.
