Yes I was laying down - on the dry concrete before the water started. The Getty museum has lot of these "gimme" shots. I guess the architect did a good job.

Hi regmar i kept you in error, i never been here but with google earth i saw that this place is not the Getty Villa in Malibu(reopened now on 28 january 2006) but the Getty Center Los Angeles where you can see the right place where you take your shot.
Anyway i like your photo maybe with a more high shuttered speed you'd take more detail from the drop. 7/10. happy new year*****Google earth idea
